EVERETT, MA — Greystar has officially welcomed the first residents to Jade, its newest luxury apartment community located in Everett’s emerging Commercial Triangle District.
With 325 thoughtfully designed homes and a wide range of upscale amenities, Jade marks Greystar’s fourth residential project in the city as part of its $880 million investment in the area.
Jade brings a fresh wave of energy and innovation to Everett’s housing market, offering a unique blend of design, comfort, and community. Residents enjoy an array of high-end amenities, including a music room equipped with a baby grand piano and recording equipment, a fully outfitted fitness center and yoga studio, co-working pods, a pet spa, and a clubroom featuring a 150-inch LED screen. Outdoor living is equally emphasized, with two lush courtyards that include a pool with cabana seating, putting green, fire pits, and grilling areas.
The apartment homes feature modern, light-filled interiors with oversized windows, spa-inspired bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryers, and sleek kitchens with quartz countertops, floating shelves, and frameless glass shower doors in select units.
Jade also prioritizes convenience and sustainability. Residents have exclusive access to two electric Cadillacs through Envoy for local trips or weekend getaways. The community is just half a mile from the Chelsea MBTA station, providing direct rail access to Boston’s South Station, North Station, and Seaport District.
“Greystar is proud to be shaping a new neighborhood along the Vale Street retail corridor, creating an inviting community that blends housing, retail, and more,” said Gary Kerr, Senior Managing Director of Development at Greystar. “We’re thrilled to open the doors for Jade’s first residents to enjoy both serene and upscale living with unparalleled access to Everett and Boston. Furthermore, we are especially grateful for our partnership with the City of Everett, whose shared vision continues to drive the Commercial Triangle District’s evolution into a dynamic, mixed-use destination.”
True to Greystar’s commitment to the arts and social impact, Jade’s common areas feature curated artwork from ArtLifting, showcasing works by artists with disabilities, including renowned painter Charlie French. The building’s exterior will soon feature a striking new mural by acclaimed artist Jesse Melanson, further enhancing Jade’s role as a cultural hub.
Jade follows the successful launches of Mason (2023), Anthem Everett (2024), and Maxwell (late 2024), with Juniper also under construction. Together, these communities will bring nearly 1,905 new residential units to Everett, including over 100 affordable apartments, continuing Greystar’s transformational impact on the region.
