Boston– The Fallon Company CEO Michael Fallon and Managing Director Danny Guadagnoli, alongside Street2Ivy founder Tavares Brewington and Joey Nicklas, congratulated the graduating class of the 2024 Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program during a special ceremony at Grubstreet on Fan Pier the evening of Friday, August 16th.
This transformative free, six-week program is a collaboration between The Fallon Company, a leading national real estate development firm headquartered in Boston, and Street2Ivy, an entrepreneurial incubator focused on giving aspiring change-makers in underserved communities the tools and resources they need to solve problems in their communities and beyond.
Designed for young people ages 16-21, the program equips participants with vital skills in real estate investing, business development and leadership, while connecting them with industry mentors who inspire and guide their journeys.
The graduation ceremony marked the culmination of the students’ hard work, featuring capstone presentations where teams pitched innovative real estate solutions to The Fallon Company and Street2Ivy leadership, families, guests, and program alumni. Before the presentations, the event kicked off with a reception and insightful remarks from Fallon, Guadagnoli, and Brewington. Each student was awarded a certificate of completion to honor their achievements and dedication.
