BOSTON — Foxfield has expanded its leadership and operations team with the addition of four new professionals as the real estate investment and development firm continues to grow its portfolio across the East Coast.

The new hires strengthen the firm’s expertise in asset management, financial operations, facility management, and acquisitions, supporting Foxfield’s expanding investment and development activities in key markets.

“Foxfield’s success continues to be enhanced by the strength of our people,” said Jeff Theobald, managing partner at Foxfield. “As we further expand our investment and development platforms, we’re focused on building a team with the expertise, discipline, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to create long-term value. These new hires bring unique experiences that will enhance our ability to identify opportunities, execute projects, and maintain our portfolio across the East Coast.”

Among the new appointments is Matt O’Connell, who joins the firm as director of asset management. With more than 15 years of institutional real estate experience, O’Connell will oversee asset performance and value creation initiatives across Foxfield’s industrial and multifamily portfolios, including leasing, capital planning, financing, and disposition strategies.

Robert Werdann has been named senior financial manager, bringing experience in real estate accounting and major capital projects. In his new role, he will oversee financial modeling, budgeting, compliance, and operational planning while working with cross-functional teams to support the firm’s growing portfolio.

Foxfield has also hired Brandon Binsfield as senior facility manager. Binsfield brings nearly 15 years of experience in facility management and engineering, along with multiple professional licenses and certifications, including HVAC, universal refrigeration, Massachusetts wastewater operations, and laboratory technician credentials. He will oversee the management and maintenance of the firm’s expanding portfolio.

Rounding out the new hires is Charles Zigliara, who joins the firm as associate, acquisitions. Zigliara previously managed and valued assets across institutional investment funds and brings experience in real estate, opportunistic investments, and private credit. At Foxfield, he will focus on identifying industrial acquisition opportunities throughout the Southeast while supporting market research and capital raising initiatives.

The staffing expansion follows a series of recent transactions by the firm, including the acquisitions of 12700 Cleveland Road in Garner, North Carolina, and 3503 Page Road in Morrisville, North Carolina, both located in the state’s Research Triangle region. Foxfield also recently completed the sale of Lynnway Park in Lynn, Massachusetts.

The firm continues to expand its investment pipeline across the East Coast, with a focus on industrial and residential properties. Among its growth initiatives is the TradeHouse platform, which targets the acquisition and development of Class A-plus shallow-bay industrial assets in high-demand markets.
