BOSTON– JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group announced that it arranged the sale of the 100-key Fairfield Inn & Suites Raynham Middleborough/Plymouth in Massachusetts.
JLL worked on behalf of the seller, JNR, in this transaction.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott sits on 2.45 acres and features amenities such as complimentary breakfast, a business center, fitness center and lobby market. The hotel underwent a $3.3 million ($33,000 per key) renovation that was completed in Q2 2018, making the current hotel condition excellent.
Located at 4 Chalet Rd. just 38 miles south of downtown Boston, the Fairfield Inn & Suites is strategically situated at the confluence of Interstate 495 and Route 44, giving it seamless access to the area’s outer loop in direct line to Providence. Additionally, the property is five miles from the Route 24 interchange providing direct access to Metro Boston and the inner Interstate 95/Route 128 loop. The town is also a convenient stopping point for travelers headed to Plymouth, Taunton and Bridgewater. Additionally, the hotel is four miles from the Commuter Rail, providing guests with convenient transportation to Boston, Braintree and other nearby destinations.
