BOSTON– Eric Shinrock, who has served as Vice President of Development and Senior Project Manager for the Mount Vernon Company, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the firm.
A native of Washington D.C. and a graduate of Boston College, Shinrock has served as project manager for a series of high-profile developments by MVC over the past five years. According to Bruce A. Percelay, Chairman of the Mount Vernon Company, “Eric has guided the company through the development of several complex projects as well as a range of new acquisitions and has demonstrated a strategic vision that will help guide us in the years to come.”
Since Shinrock has joined the firm, the company’s portfolio has grown nearly fifty percent. Shinrock will be in charge of new acquisitions for the company on a going forward basis along with Bruce Percelay and will be directing the company’s efforts in both New England and new markets.
