In his role as Design Practice Leader Carter will bring a thoughtful and provocative approach to leading and inspiring his teams, projects, and clients, and is committed to leading design innovation for the food and beverage industry.

Over the past two decades Carter has worked alongside prominent local and international restauranteurs honing his craft while leading and mentoring restaurant and hospitality teams and expanding F&B markets in his prior roles at other notable Boston design firms.
