Taunton, MA – January 10, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that the real estate services firm has arranged a 260,150-square-foot lease for Ferguson Plumbing Supply at the Taunton Trade Center located at 300 Charles F. Colton Road in Taunton.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Phillip Verre, Rob Byrne, Pete Whoriskey and Paul Leone represented the landlord, Martignetti Companies, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by CBRE.
