HAVERHILL, MA- SVN Parsons Commercial Group announced the completion of 28,000 square feet of new and renewed medical office leases and extensions at 62 Brown Street in Haverhill, MA.

SVN Senior Advisor Alex Berger, along with Assistant Managing Director of Brokerage Matt Quinlan, and Associate Advisor Miguel Encarnacion represented the Landlords, Thomas Park Investments and Echo Real Estate Capital in all transactions.

Within the past couple of months, 62 Brown Street has welcomed new tenants including GSA Social Security which will occupy 7,000 square feet. Care Counseling Services, a mental health center, leased 3,000 square feet. Orthopedics New England, an orthopedic care company, leased 2,500 square feet. In addition to the three new leases, 15,500 square feet within the building was renewed by two existing tenants.

The Joint Venture between Thomas Park Investments and Echo Real Estate Capital has invested nearly half a million dollars in capital improvements to ensure the building remains a competitive choice with the Haverhill market.

Currently there is 8,200 square feet of vacant second-generation medical office space left in the building, with reserved covered parking available for select new leases.

62 Brown Street is a medical office building composed of approximately 55,608 square feet. The building features a direct connection to the Holy Family Hospital, a 122 bed, full-service, acute care part of the Steward Network. The building is conveniently situated between Interstates 495 and 95, five miles south of the New Hampshire border and 35 miles north of Boston.
