ATTLEBORO, Mass. — CPS Technologies Corp. is relocating and expanding its corporate headquarters to an 80,000-square-foot industrial facility at 523 Pleasant Street in Attleboro, a move that will give the advanced materials manufacturer roughly twice the space of its current location.
Colliers represented CPS Technologies in the long-term lease and advised the company throughout the site selection, facility evaluation and lease negotiations. The Colliers team was led by Executive Vice President Ovar Osvold and Vice President Sean Hannigan.
The new facility is expected to provide CPS Technologies with additional manufacturing capacity and space to bring its corporate, manufacturing and product development operations together under one roof. The relocation will allow the company to expand its capabilities while remaining in southeastern Massachusetts and close to its existing workforce.
CPS Technologies develops and manufactures advanced materials and engineered solutions for customers in defense, energy infrastructure, artificial intelligence and other technology-driven industries. The larger facility is intended to support the company’s continued operational growth and improve efficiency across its manufacturing and business functions.
“As CPS Technologies evaluated its future real estate needs, it was critical to find a facility that could accommodate sophisticated manufacturing operations while providing flexibility for the company’s next phase of growth,” Hannigan said. “523 Pleasant Street provides the scale, infrastructure, and location advantages necessary to support CPS’s next phase of growth.”
Dan Barton, vice president of operations at CPS Technologies, described the relocation as an investment in the company’s future.

The move comes amid continued demand for specialized industrial and manufacturing facilities across Greater Boston and southeastern Massachusetts. Companies involved in advanced manufacturing and technology are increasingly seeking properties with sufficient infrastructure, transportation access and proximity to skilled regional labor.
For CPS Technologies, the Attleboro facility provides substantially more space while maintaining the company’s presence in southeastern Massachusetts. The transaction also illustrates the role of tenant representation in helping growing manufacturers identify facilities that can accommodate both current operations and longer-term expansion plans.
