BEVERLY, Mass. — Connolly Brothers Inc., a construction management firm serving private commercial, industrial, and institutional clients, has been awarded the contract to manage the construction of a new 40,000-square-foot early learning center for Gregg House in Lynn, Massachusetts.

The ground-up project will allow Gregg House to expand early education programs and provide care for more than 300 children, ranging in age from one month to six years. Construction is expected to begin this spring, with the state-of-the-art facility scheduled for completion in late 2027.

“We are honored to serve as Gregg House’s Construction Manager on this deeply meaningful project,” said Jay Connolly, President and CEO of Connolly Brothers. “Community has been at the heart of our firm since 1880. We look forward to seeing the future impact this early learning center will have on young children in Lynn and the surrounding communities.”

Connolly Brothers will oversee the construction management, while Studio G Architects will serve as the Architect of Record for the project. The new center is expected to become a cornerstone for early childhood education in the region, providing modern facilities designed to foster learning, growth, and care for the youngest members of the community.
