Stamford, CT – Colliers Project Leaders USA announced the hiring of Christopher Pateman as a Director based in the firm’s Stamford, Connecticut office. With 24 years of construction industry experience, Pateman will assume a leadership role focused on growing the Colliers Project Leaders footprint in Southern Connecticut and New York State.

Pateman has worked across all major facets of the construction industry in Southern Connecticut and the Lower Hudson Valley, including projects for the New York City School Construction Authority, the City of Yonkers and multiple school districts in Westchester County and Long Island, New York. With expertise in project and construction management, architecture and urban and regional planning, he has also developed an extensive network of long-lasting relationships with key architects, engineers and local officials. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his A.S. in Architectural Engineering from the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in Boston.
