CBRE Sells Two Separate Buildings for $36+ Million Total

Boston – The CBRE Boston Capital Markets team announced the sale of One Radcliff Road in Tewksbury and 669 Forest Street in Marlborough in Massachusetts for $30,900,000 and $5,375,000, respectively.

CBRE’s Boston Capital Markets team includes Scott Dragos, Doug Jacoby, Chris Skeffington, Roy Sandeman, Anthony Hayes, Timothy Mulhall and Daniel Hines. For the sale of One Radcliff Road, CBRE’s Boston Capital Markets team represented the seller, Curo Enterprises, and procured the buyer, Kawa Capital Partners. For the sale leaseback of 669 Forest Street, CBRE’s Boston Capital Markets team represented the seller, Adcole Corp., and procured the buyer, Azad Legacy Partners.

One Radcliff Road is a 140,000-square-foot office building located in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2018, the property is 100% leased to L3 Technologies. The property is located within the Suburban North technology corridor that is home to a significant number of major corporate tech neighbors.

669 Forest Street is a 43,190-square-foot office/R&D building located in Marlborough, Massachusetts that is 100% leased to Adcole Corp. Centrally located within the heart of Boston’s MetroWest market, 669 Forest Street provides immediate access to the region’s major highway systems including Route 20 (1.2 miles away), Interstate 495 (1.5 miles away), Interstate 290 (3.2 miles away), Route 9 (4.8 miles away) and Interstate 90 (5.3 miles away).
