BOSTON–CBRE announced that Anthony Sardo, a healthcare real estate finance professional, has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President with its U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Debt and Structured Finance team.

Based in Boston, Sardo will work alongside Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof, and Jesse Greshin, strengthening CBRE’s national Healthcare Capital Markets platform and further expanding relationships with healthcare lenders across the country.

“Anthony is a highly respected leader with a proven track record of advising the country’s largest healthcare owners, investors, and developers on complex transactions in our sector,” said Zack Holderman, Senior Vice President of CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Debt and Structured Finance team.

“Anthony brings a stellar reputation to CBRE, and we are thrilled to have him join the team,” added Chris Bodnar, Vice Chair of CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets team. “His expertise will be instrumental in elevating the debt solutions we provide to our clients.”

Prior to joining CBRE, Sardo served as Senior Director of Capital Markets in JLL’s Boston office and was a member of the firm’s National Healthcare Group since 2017. In that role, he advised healthcare investors and providers on capital strategies and financing requirements tied to their real estate portfolios. Over the course of his career, Sardo has executed more than $7 billion in healthcare real estate transactions.

“I am thrilled to join CBRE and its dynamic, market-leading Healthcare Capital Markets team,” Sardo said. “Together, we will leverage CBRE’s platform to deliver exceptional financing solutions and results for healthcare clients.”

The addition of Sardo underscores CBRE’s continued investment in its healthcare capital markets capabilities, as demand for specialized advisory and financing expertise remains strong across the sector.
