MALDEN, MA— Burgess Properties announced the $6,000,000 sale of a prominent medical office building located at 578 Main Street in Malden, MA.
The multi-tenanted property, known for its historic architectural details and strategic location near the Orange Line T station, is currently home to several medical tenants, including Tufts Medicine. The building also offers convenient on-site parking and features recently vacated first-floor space previously occupied by Mass General/Mass Eye & Ear.
The purchaser, 578 Group, LLC, plans to utilize part of the vacant space for its own operations, signaling a continued commitment to delivering healthcare services in the area.
Steve Nohrden and Charlie Jacob of Burgess Properties represented the seller, 578 Main St LLC, an affiliate of United Properties. Evan Koogler of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the buyer.
