MEDFORD, Mass.— Burgess Properties Inc. announced that it has brokered the sale of 970 Fellsway IN Medford, MA for $25 million. The property was purchased by The Davis Companies.
The 287,570 SF facility on 7.85 Acres was the long-term home of Medford Self Storage. It features on-site MBTA bus access, high visibility directly on the Fellsway (Rt 28), and is just minutes from I-93.
The buyer, Boston-based The Davis Companies, plans to invest capital and raise the profile of the multi-tenanted industrial building, which dates back to the early 20th century.
Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties, Inc. was the sole broker in this transaction. The seller was Fellsway Realty LLC.
