Needham Heights, MA— Bowdoin Construction announced today the promotion of Michelle Hoffses to Controller, recognizing her leadership, dedication, and significant contributions to the firm’s finance and accounting operations.
In her new role, Hoffses will take on expanded responsibilities overseeing Bowdoin Construction’s financial and accounting functions, supporting the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Hoffses has been with Bowdoin Construction for eight years, during which time she has developed into a trusted leader within the Accounting Department and a valued resource across the organization. Known for her collaborative approach and reliability, she has also served as a strong ambassador of Bowdoin’s culture, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to quality and teamwork.
