Bowdoin Construction completes new Brothers Marketplace in Duxbury

DUXBURY, MA–Bowdoin Construction Corp. recently completed the new Brothers Marketplace in Duxbury, MA.

As Construction Manager, Bowdoin worked together with Roche Bros. and project architect, Cramer Levine & Company, from early design through to completion for this 22,000 SF fast-track supermarket fit-out.

The scope of work involved demolition, slab cutting, reworking and installation of new MEPs, façade upgrades, and the complete fit-out of all interiors. Construction began in April and a grand opening was held in early August 2019.

Brothers Marketplace is the newest concept in food shopping, by Roche Bros. Supermarkets., based in Wellesley, MA. Reminiscent of small and friendly neighborhood corner markets of the past, they offer fresh foods, local products, prepared meals and a full line of grocery essentials.
