LYNN, MA— Katie and Al DiVirgilio, owners of RE/MAX 360 have acquired RE/MAX Advantage Real Estate, consisting of four offices across the North Shore. They bring local leadership and support to the agents who serve the area from the Beverly, Gloucester, Marblehead, and Peabody offices, as they have for their existing locations in Danvers and Lynn.
The DiVirgilio’s have both had impressive three-year careers with RE/MAX as Broker/Owners. Katie and Al joined RE/MAX Advantage in 2016 and in less than a year became partner owners of the Lynn, MA office. By 2018, they became sole owners and established their current brokerage, RE/MAX 360. In 2019, they were recognized by RE/MAX INTEGRA as Broker/Owners of the Year for Single Office Companies in New England.
Now, with this most recent acquisition, RE/MAX 360 will now serve the North Shore communities with over 70 agents who have helped their clients transact over $340,000,000 in real estate over the last year.

This will be the DiVirgilio’s biggest expansion to date and the second in 2020. By embracing the RE/MAX brand, tools, and systems, while focusing on agent support and marketing, they have grown quickly. They have also started a RE/MAX Commercial Division and use The RE/MAX Collection Luxury branding to bring an array of support and exposure for their company’s clientele.
