LEXINGTON, MA – Bierbrier Development, a Lexington based owner and manager of shopping centers in Eastern Massachusetts, announced that Beal Bank USA, Deka Lash, and Dr. Alex Smolyar, DMD, will join its growing tenant list at Needham Street Village Shops on Needham Street, Newton, MA.
Beal Bank USA will lease the 1,947 square foot endcap. The Beal Bank family of companies is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and is one of the largest private financial institutions in the United States. Rob Robledo of CBRE represented the tenant, Beal Bank USA, for the transaction.
In addition, Dr. Alex Smolyar, DMD, will lease 2,642 square feet for his new multi-specialty dental practice. Dr. Smolyar is a resident of Newton, and practiced with Gentle Dental for over 20 years. His expertise includes a range cosmetic and specialty procedures. Dr. Alex Smolyar DMD has an anticipated opening of Fall, 2018. Brian Choate of Practice Real Estate Group represented the tenant, Dr. Alex Smolyar, DMD, for the transaction.
Deka Lash will open a 1,173 square feet studio this coming Fall. Deka Lash offers premium lash extensions services nationwide and is considered a visionary in the lash industry. Pat Paladino of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, Deka Lash, for the transaction.
Jenny Hart of The Dartmouth Company represented the landlord, Bierbrier Development, in all three transactions.
Beal Bank USA, Dr. Alex Smolyar, DMD, and Deka Lash and will join Partners Health Care, T-Mobile, Relax the Back and b.good at the Needham Street Village Shops; leaving only two leasing vacancies remaining. The Needham Street corridor is the dominant shopping center destination serving the densely concentrated residential population, nearby office parks and a large student population.
