Boston– Avison Young’s Boston office announced the promotion of Jon Pezzoni from Vice President to Senior Vice President and Kirk Weller from Senior Associate to Vice President. Jon specializes in industrial and office leasing and sales in the Metro West/495 submarket while Kirk focuses on tenant representation throughout the Greater Boston area.

Jon possesses over a decade of commercial real estate experience that he has gained through various roles, which have allowed him to develop the ability to create and execute tailored strategies on behalf of his clients. Jon joined Avison Young’s Boston office in 2014 as an Associate before rising the ranks to Senior Vice President, where he focuses on tenant and landlord representation in commercial sales and leases across the office and industrial sectors in the Metro West/495 market.
Kirk joined Avison Young in 2018 with five years of brokerage experience. Serving as Vice President, Kirk specializes in tenant representation in the office leasing sector with the objective of finding companies the ideal location to support their real estate needs. Kirk’s experience allows him to partner with companies across all different industries and stages from start-ups to large corporations.
