LAWRENCE, Mass. — Arrowpoint Properties, a privately owned multifamily investment and management firm focused on New England, has acquired Legacy Park, a 104-unit residential community in Lawrence, and announced plans to rebrand the property as Elora Flats & Townhomes.

The acquisition, completed on June 25, 2026, marks a continued investment by the Lawrence-based company in its home market. Built in 2009, the community is located at 112 Marston St. and consists of a four-story apartment building and 24 direct-entry townhomes.

Arrowpoint described the property as a core-plus Class B investment that aligns with the firm’s strategy of acquiring well-located multifamily assets with stable performance and opportunities for long-term value creation. Company officials said the rebranding reflects plans to modernize and enhance the residential experience through targeted capital improvements and operational upgrades.

The community offers a mix of apartment and townhome-style living options designed to appeal to a broad range of renters. According to Arrowpoint, future improvements will focus on both residential interiors and shared amenities.

The property’s location carries added significance for the company. Elora Flats & Townhomes is situated directly behind Arrowpoint’s corporate headquarters, providing what company leaders describe as a unique opportunity for hands-on ownership and management oversight.

“Lawrence is where we’re rooted,” said David Lamattina, president of Arrowpoint Properties. “Repositioning Legacy Park as Elora Flats and Townhomes is an opportunity to bring thoughtful improvements to an already strong asset while continuing to contribute to the growth and vibrancy of this community.”

Jay Goldberg, managing director of Arrowpoint Properties, said the acquisition reflects the firm’s confidence in the local market.

“We see significant potential in this property and are excited to deliver a refreshed residential experience that aligns with the evolving expectations of residents in this market,” Goldberg said.

Residents of Elora Flats & Townhomes have access to a range of features, including open floor plans, eat-in kitchens with maple cabinetry, oversized windows, and ample closet space. Select townhomes also include private entrances and washer-dryer hookups.

Community amenities include controlled-access buildings, elevator service, on-site laundry facilities, ample parking, extra storage options, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and professional on-site management.

The acquisition builds on Arrowpoint’s more than two decades of ownership and management activity in Lawrence. The company said its longstanding presence in the city has provided deep familiarity with the local housing market and opportunities to create value through strategic investment and property management.

Arrowpoint officials said the planned improvements and renewed emphasis on resident experience are intended to position Elora Flats & Townhomes as a competitive housing option in the Merrimack Valley market.
