Located in a neighborhood that is undergoing multiple redevelopment projects, the property consists of 1.5 acres with a 20,000 square foot industrial/manufacturing structure and is located off of Route 16, one mile from the future Wynn Everett Resort & Casino and three blocks from the future MBTA Chelsea Commuter Rail station and the new Silver Line station.
