A.W. Perry Closes on the Purchase of Everett Building

BOSTON – A.W. Perry, a real estate investment and services firm, announced that the Company recently closed on the purchase of 373-383 Second Street in Everett, MA.

Located in a neighborhood that is undergoing multiple redevelopment projects, the property consists of 1.5 acres with a 20,000 square foot industrial/manufacturing structure and is located off of Route 16, one mile from the future Wynn Everett Resort & Casino and three blocks from the future MBTA Chelsea Commuter Rail station and the new Silver Line station.
