BOSTON– Done Right Building (DRB) Facility Services will celebrate the company’s 30th Anniversary this year, marking the occasion by celebrating its successes, with over 50% revenue increase in the past 4 years, and exponential client growth.
The company is also looking to the future with a significant growth strategy involving new clientele and business acquisitions. Headquartered in Boston, DRB employs over 725 people locally, and is one of the largest MBE businesses in Massachusetts.

Founded in 1993 by President and CEO Anthony Samuels, DRB Facility Services provides comprehensive facilities services including commercial cleaning, landscape management, snow removal, sustainable and green cleaning, and metal and stone restoration and maintenance.

- As part of DRB’s growth strategy, the team has acquired Kamrowski Metal Refinishing, a Metal and Stone Refinishing Service that restores and maintains property assets. The team of highly skilled technicians has expanded DRB’s service offerings, further ensuring DRB customers receive the highest level of quality and service model consistent throughout the DRB portfolio.
- DRB has also added to its clientele, recently welcoming the MCCA Hynes Convention Center to their well-respected roster of businesses served. DRB is performing stone restoration services for the iconic building, with approximately 62,645 sf completed to date. DRB’s clients include public transportation systems, higher education facilities, government buildings, retail environments, companies, and office buildings across the United States. Clients across this spectrum include firms such as The Davis Companies, Massport, 2Life Communities, Point32Health, and Simon Property Group, to name a few.
- DRB has experienced a significant uptick in the Higher Education service sector – attributed not only to DRB’s long-standing relationships with local universities, but also to the return of students to the local campuses and recent openings and expansions.
- DRB has also partnered with Eastern Bank, which will be providing financing for working capital, an equipment line of credit, and financing for acquisitions as DRB Facility Services continues to expand.
