BOSTON– WinnResidential, the property management arm of multifamily property developer and manager WinnCompanies, announced the appointment of five multifamily property management veterans to Vice President roles.

Choni Wilcox – Choni joins the team as Executive Vice President in the Mid-Atlantic region of the WinnResidential portfolio. She brings more than three decades of experience with her, as she previously oversaw operations as Executive Vice President with Edgewood Management and Vantage Management and spent fourteen years in a variety of positions at Bozzuto Group. Choni holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation with Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation with the National Association of Home Builders.
Kareem Slater –Kareem joins the team as Senior Vice President overseeing property operations of WinnResidential’s Mid-Atlantic region. The portfolio includes conventional, affordable and subsidized housing programs. He joins the company from LEDIC Realty Company, where he spent six years and held Managing Director and executive Vice President positions. Kareem offers 20 years of experience in the conventional and affordable multi-family housing management field. He has worked in property management roles for Columbia Residential, Corcoran Jennison and The Medallion Group. He holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Housing Credit Compliance Professional (HCC) from
National Association of Home Builders, Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SCHM), Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from the National Apartment Association (NAA).
Barbara Breton – Barbara joins the team as Divisional Vice President in the Western region of the WinnResidential portfolio, which includes California and Arizona. She brings more than thirty years of experience in property management and recently served as Senior Director of Affordable Housing Operations for the Irvine Company, overseeing 5,800 units across California. Her designations include Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation with the National Association of Home Builders, Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and COS Advanced®.
Sabrin Basile – Sabrin joins the team as Regional Vice President overseeing property operations of the New York City region of the WinnResidential portfolio. She joins the company from Related Management Company, where she spent fifteen years and most recently held the role of Regional Vice President. Sabrin offers 30 years of experience in the conventional and affordable multi-family housing management field. She has worked in property management roles for Congress Management, National Housing Partners Management, AIMCO and Corcoran Jennison. Sabrin has worked her way up the multi-family ranks from her entry level dual role as a Porter/Leasing Agent.
Kristina Gabehart – Kristina joins the team as Regional Vice President overseeing property operations of WinnResidential’s New York region (excluding New York City). The portfolio includes conventional, affordable and subsidized housing programs in cities including but not limited to Rochester, Albany and Malone. She joins the company from LEDIC Management Group, where she spent fourteen years and most recently held the position of Area Manager. Kristina offers 22 years of experience in the conventional and affordable multi-family housing management field. She has worked in property management roles for Van Roy Properties, AIMCO and Lipton Group. Kristina began as a Property Manager and spent the beginning of her career working in the midwestern states of Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri.
