Needham, MA – Wingate Living and WL Development, owner, operator, manager, and developer of luxury senior living communities, announced that One Wingate Way East in Needham, MA, has now leased 75% of the residential units to residents. The community designed for independent seniors is expected to begin construction by the end of 2024.

Priority deposits are now being accepted for unit selection. One Wingate Way East will be an entrance fee model determined by size, location, and unit type, with monthly fees starting at $2,950.
