BOSTN–With more than 25 years in the engineering industry, Nichole Langley has built a career defined by leadership, technical expertise, and community impact. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Nichole began her career surveying on Deer Island with Bostwick Engineering. Today, she serves as an associate and senior project manager at Highpoint Engineering, leading complex urban and suburban projects throughout New England.

Nichole’s experience spans all major commercial sectors, including multi-family and residential developments, industrial and institutional facilities, science and technology, office, and retail projects. Her role blends project management, design leadership, and business development—ensuring projects succeed from concept through completion.
Beyond her project work, Nichole is deeply invested in regional growth and professional development. She serves on the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the South Shore Economic Development Corporation, helping to shape the future of the region. As an active member of CREW, she mentors emerging engineers, builds professional networks, and champions the next generation of industry leaders.
