BOSTON– McCall & Almy announced that three professionals have joined the firm: Jennifer Elia, Linda McDonough and Danielle Donovan. The new hires underscore McCall & Almy’s commitment to supplying the highest level of service to its clients, the company said in a statement.
All three previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield. Earlier, Joe Fallon, Brian Hines and Chuck O’Connor joined CBRE’s New England operations as Vice Chairmen. The trio recently served at Cushman & Wakefield. William Foley and Margaret Power also left Cushman & Wakefield and joined CBRE’s New England operations as Executive Vice President and Vice President.

Jennifer Elia joins McCall & Almy as a Senior Vice President, Lease Administration. Jennifer has more than 20-years of commercial real estate experience providing lease administration services across many industries. Her legal background and experience reviewing commercial
leases give her a broad understanding of market standards and how the business terms of a lease can impact a client’s tenancy. Elia joins the firm from Cushman & Wakefield.
Linda McDonough joins McCall & Almy as a Vice President, Marketing. With more than 21-years of commercial real estate experience, Linda will oversee the company’s marketing, social media and strategic plan. Throughout her career, she focused on the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans as well as social media and public relations. McDonough joins the firm from Cushman & Wakefield where she provided marketing leadership for the New England region.
Danielle Donovan joins McCall & Almy as an Associate, Lease Administration. Danielle has more than two years of experience in commercial real estate and handles lease administration services to one of McCall & Almy’s largest healthcare clients. Donovan joins the firm from Cushman & Wakefield where she spent two years as a Lease Administrator for Asset Services.
