LAWRENCE, MA –  Micah, James and David Stubblebine, Principals at The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, recently sold 100 Shepard Street, Lawrence MA to Packaging Partners, LLC for $5.1M.

David and Micah Stubblebine represented the Seller, Sekisui Voltek, LLC and James Stubblebine directly procured the Buyer.

In 2009, four partners founded Packaging Partners with one goal in mind – to offer the widest possible range of products and exceptional customer service to provide complete packaging solutions for their customers. Today, they are a fast growing, innovative packaging company that manufactures custom protective packaging and supplies a full line of stock packaging products from six locations throughout the country.

Built in 1947 with renovations in 1960 and expanded in the 1980’s, the building offers over 5.5 acres of land and heavy electrical power.
