Georgetown, MA – The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC Internaonal announced the $4.5 million sale of 16 Carleton Drive, Georgetown, MA.

The subject property, located just off I-95 and Rt. 133, consists of an 83,000 SF Industrial building on 14.6 acres with a clear height of 13’-29.’

David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine, and Danny Cruz of The Stubblebine represented the buyer, Carleton Drive Property Owner, LLC, while Anthony Triglione and Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. represented the seller, B&R Realty Trust of Georgetown, in the sale.

James Stubblebine said that the buyer “chose to add this property to their portfolio because of its outstanding highway access, quality of the construcon, high ceiling heights, and large land area. We are excited to finalize the leasing on the remaining 58,000 SF.”
