The Mega Group completes two retail leases in Beverly

BEVERLY, MA—The Mega Group announced two retail lease agreements at the Commodore Plaza on Route 1A in North Beverly, MA.

Jennifer DApice, the Danvers, MA-based firm’s director, represented the Landlord and fetched SoBol, who just opened for business in a1,540 square feet of inline suite formerly occupied by Subway, who have built-out a lavish brand new cafe that specializes in acai bowls, pitaya bowls and fruit smoothies.Based in Patchogue NY, The Rochas franchise will be the company’s 30th store and the first in Massachusetts.

Expedia CruiseShip Centers will occupy another 1,540 inline retail suite in the same North Beverly shopping center and will open its doors in February 2019.

Expedia CruiseShipCenters, based in Vancouver BC Canada, is a travel agency franchise company, specializing in marketing and sales of cruise vacations worldwide.  Franchisee Mark Dawson’s Beverly MA location will be the company’s 236th location.  Todd Alexander, the Managing Director of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant and Brian DApice, The Mega Group’s principal represented the landlord.

The Commodore Plaza is a 43,380 +/- square foot shopping center on Route 1A in North Beverly. The location is shadow-anchored by Stop & Shop on the primary commuter route between Hamilton-Wenham & Route 128, which sees about 10,228 vehicles per day. The site features 220 on-site parking spaces and is anchored by Evviva Cucina Italian Cuisine and includes many long-standing names such as Gourmet Garden, Nails & Co. Spa, Desjardins Jewelers, Elements and North Shore Karate Academy.
