BOSTON—More than 25 young aspiring real estate professionals were honored on Wednesday, August 6, during the 2025 Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program graduation ceremony held at the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Now in its latest successful year, the six-week summer program is a collaboration between The Fallon Company, a nationally recognized real estate development firm based in Boston, and Street2Ivy, a community-driven entrepreneurial incubator.

Designed for youth ages 16 to 21, the program offers free training in real estate investing, business development, and leadership, while pairing participants with experienced mentors from the industry.

The ceremony featured a reception and remarks from The Fallon Company CEO Michael Fallon, Managing Director Daniel Guadagnoli, and Street2Ivy founder Tavares Brewington. Attendees included family members, program alumni, executives, and community supporters.

One of the highlights of the event was the capstone presentation session, where student teams pitched real estate solutions developed during the program. Their innovative ideas and thoughtful approaches reflected the skills and knowledge gained over the past six weeks.

Following the presentations, each participant was awarded a certificate of completion to recognize their achievements and commitment to personal and professional growth.

With this year’s cohort marking another milestone, both The Fallon Company and Street2Ivy reaffirmed their commitment to expanding the Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program and supporting the next generation of industry leaders in Greater Boston and beyond.
