BOSTON– NB Development Group announced the addition of The Bagel Table as the next retailer to join the Boston Landing community. The Bagel Table will encompass 1,650 sf on the ground floor of 80 Guest Street, home to the Warrior Ice Arena.
The Bagel Table began in 2014, serving bagels at farmers markets across Greater Boston and MetroWest Massachusetts. After great success with their bagel stands at markets and “pop-ups” across Eastern Massachusetts, The Bagel Table opened their first brick and mortar shop at The Street in Chestnut Hill, followed by their second location in Ashland, Mass.
“The Bagel Table is excited and proud to announce that we are joining the vibrant community at Boston Landing with our third location. We will feature our traditional New York style crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside bagels along with some new offerings,” said Ed Eglitis, Partner, The Bagel Table.
“NB Development Group is proud to welcome The Bagel Table to our growing list of specially curated retail tenants here at Boston Landing. Located in a unique space that provides access to both Guest Street and the Warrior Ice Arena lobby, The Bagel Table’s menu is sure to become a staple for tenants, residents and visitors to the area,” said Erin Harvey, Senior Leasing and Marketing Manager, NB Development Group.
The Bagel Table will join an established group of retailers at Boston Landing including the New Balance Global Flagship Store, Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar, NB Fitness Club, Kohi Coffee Co., The Flatbread Company Brighton, Cambridge Naturals and Mainely Burgers at Boston Landing.
“Whether you are a hockey parent watching your kid’s game at the Warrior Ice Arena or you just stepped off the commuter rail to pick up a fresh pair of New Balance shoes at the Flagship Store, The Bagel Table has a bagel sandwich with your name on it. Their local, independent vibe will contribute to furthering the story of Boston Landing and its exciting and expanding retail mix,” said Shay Johnson, Representing Retail Broker, Graffito SP.
Boston Landing is currently marketing its second phase of retail that includes approximately 14,000 sf on the ground floor of the Lantera residential building and an additional 5,600 sf on the ground floor of The Auerbach Center at New Balance World Headquarters, home to the Boston Celtics practice and training facility.
