BOSTON — Synergy has named Will Grosvenor as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it continues to expand its commercial portfolio across Greater Boston and the region.
In his new role, Grosvenor will oversee strategic asset operations, leasing initiatives and redevelopment efforts across Synergy’s properties, with a focus on maximizing long-term value and enhancing tenant experience.
Grosvenor brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience spanning development, leasing and asset repositioning. Most recently, he served as Director, Development Project Manager and Head of Retail at Related Beal, where he led the successful repositioning of a 365,000-square-foot office building in downtown Boston and managed anchor tenant lease negotiations totaling 300,000 square feet.
Prior to Related Beal, Grosvenor held senior leadership roles with The Related Companies and Tishman Speyer in New York City. There, he oversaw large-scale office and retail redevelopment projects, managed multimillion-dollar budgets and implemented operational strategies that drove significant net operating income growth. His experience also includes adaptive reuse projects and sustainability-focused initiatives.
“Will’s depth of experience in asset management and development, combined with his innovative approach to property operations, makes him an ideal addition to our team,” said Brian Collins, executive vice president and head of asset management at Synergy. “His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to enhance our portfolio and deliver exceptional value to tenants and investors alike.”
Grosvenor holds a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College and is a LEED Green Associate. He previously served on the BOMA New York Board of Directors and has been involved with sustainability committees across New York City commercial properties. His professional background also includes leadership roles with the Mayflower Foundation.
The appointment follows a period of strong momentum for Synergy, which recently expanded its holdings with the acquisitions of 99 High Street and 101 Merrimac Street in Boston. Grosvenor’s arrival further positions the firm to capitalize on redevelopment opportunities and continued growth across its commercial real estate platform.
