BOSTON— Synergy announced the appointment of Carolyn Molloy as its new Leasing Manager, a strategic hire aimed at accelerating the firm’s leasing efforts and supporting its growing property portfolio.
Molloy joins Synergy with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, bringing a track record of success in office, industrial, lab, and medical office leasing. Most recently, she served as Director of Office Leasing at WS Development, where she led national leasing efforts and played a pivotal role in launching new medical office clusters and driving record-setting rents across Greater Massachusetts.
“Carolyn’s depth of experience and strategic mindset make her an invaluable asset to our team,” said Jim Grady, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Synergy. “Her proven ability to drive leasing performance and create long-term value aligns perfectly with our goals for continued portfolio growth.”
Before her time at WS Development, Molloy spent over a decade with Lincoln Property Company, contributing to leasing initiatives in both downtown and suburban markets. She is also actively involved in the commercial real estate community as a member of NAIOP and CREW, and holds a Massachusetts Real Estate License. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she has served as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at Providence College, her alma mater.
“I’m thrilled to join Synergy’s accomplished team,” said Molloy. “I look forward to contributing to the company’s success by identifying new opportunities, strengthening tenant relationships, and navigating an evolving real estate landscape with focus and innovation.”
Molloy’s appointment marks another step in Synergy’s continued expansion, as the company builds on recent leasing momentum and scales its operations across an increasingly diverse portfolio.
