SVN Sells Multi-Family Investment Property for $2.9 Million

The demand from investors was extremely strong for an asset of this caliber. Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Marci Alvarado, Marilyn Santiago and Jake Parsons of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group Boston represented the seller, Diane Cotman, in the sale of the property. The buyers were Scott Root and Cocoa Cailer, represented by Coldwell Banker, Cambridge.
