SOUTHBOROUGH, MA–SVN | Parsons Commercial Group of Boston announced the recent lease of 15,000SF of flex space at 12 Southville Road in Southborough, MA to National Seating and Mobility (NSM).
NSM is North America’s most experienced provider of complex rehabilitation seating, mobility, and positioning systems.
SVN Senior Advisor Garrett Quinn and Advisor Marilyn Santiago represented the landlord, 12 Southville Realty LLC, while Analisa Bellamy and Rachel Marks of CBRE represented NSM in the transaction.
12 Southville Realty LLC purchased the building in October of 2019.
National Seating and Mobility is relocating their operation from Natick to Southborough and significantly increasing their square footage in order to accommodate their rapid growth and expansion.
