BOSTON—Ameek Ashok Ponda, director of Sullivan & Worcester’s Tax Department, is nationally recognized for his work in Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) conversions and REIT cross-border matters.
He concentrates his practice in structuring corporate mergers and acquisitions, designing REIT transactions and financial instruments and working on cross-border financings and acquisitions, is one of the contributors to recently published lexology of Real Estate Investment Trusts, or REITS.
