“I’m looking forward to working closely with Max Reed, alongside Linda Dorcena Forry and our Anti-Racism Action Planning Group, to further Suffolk’s commitment and progress on creating a more diverse and inclusive work environment at Suffolk,” said John Fish, Chairman and CEO of Suffolk.

“Now more than ever, organizations need to commit to creating a safe and equitable workplace for their employees because it is the right thing to do and it helps to recruit and retain the best people,” said Max Reed. “I am excited to take on this important role to help the Suffolk team build on its diverse talent and coach and mentor the leaders of tomorrow.”
