Auburn, MA–The F.W. Webb Company, a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling and industrial products, recently purchased 33 Sword Street in Auburn, MA, a 75,000 square foot single story industrial facility situated on 3.04 acres and formerly owned by Imperial Distribution, for $4,450,000.
David Skinner, David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine from The Stubblebine Company represented the Buyer and Seller, Imperial Distributors, in the transaction.
The site was the former Imperial Distributors distribution center for several decades before Imperial relocated to its current location at 150 Blackstone River Road, Worcester MA in a long-term 325,000 square foot lease transaction also recently facilitated by The Stubblebine Company.
F.W. Webb currently has a location at 43 Sword Street in Auburn. The company anticipates opening the new wholesale store on 33 Sword Street by Aug. 31, and a retail kitchen, bath and lighting showroom by the end of the year. F.W. Webb will continue to operate out of 43 Sword Street until the new location is ready.

An 75,000 square foot facility located in the same park as IDI Imperial Distributors Inc.
