STK Steakhouse to open first Boston location in Back Bay

BOSTON–Oxford Properties Group announced that The ONE Group will open Boston’s first STK Steakhouse early next year.

Located at Oxford’s 222 Berkeley Street property, the restaurant will offer STK’s signature “Vibe Dining” experience, complete with inventive food concepts, cocktails, live music, outdoor space, and the perfect ambiance for employees, residents, and visitors to the Back Bay neighborhood.

STK is a unique concept that blends a modern steakhouse and a chic lounge into one dynamic venue. Owned by The ONE Group, the international hospitality company has a focus on being a global leader in vibe dining. Every location features a DJ to create an infectious, high-energy atmosphere and a sleek environment designed to encourage guests to interact and mingle. STK Boston will feature over 7,000 SF of dining, with seating for 172 indoors and 60 outdoors as well as two private dining rooms.

Sited at the corner of Berkeley Street and St. James Ave, the 222 Berkeley building includes nearly 500,000 SF of retail, restaurant, and office space, spanning one city block. Owned and operated by Oxford, a global commercial real estate firm with an extensive retail portfolio, the office complex recently updated both its ground floor retail and amenity offerings to enhance the building occupant experience while creating a new dining destination in Back Bay. Well located in a dynamic and transit-oriented area of Boston, Back Bay is a vibrant destination that serves as home to some of the city’s most upscale shops, bars, and restaurants, making for an excellent lifestyle environment for STK.
