Dave Kadish has been promoted to Principal at Stantec. An experienced architect and proven team leader, Dave’s strategic thinking pushes the boundaries to make sure the best decisions are thought of and ultimately implemented. Dave’s extensive experience in multifamily, commercial/mixed-use, and master planning projects can be seen throughout the Boston, Somerville, and Cambridge areas.

Mark Soltysiak

Mark Soltysiak has been promoted to Principal at Stantec. Mark brings decades of experience to the design and construction of large residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, with a specialized knowledge of wood framed and podium construction projects. His most recent work includes Dot Block in Dorchester, Lifetime Living in Burlington, and the Brookliner in Boston.
