With more than 20 years of real estate law experience, Dunn brings deep expertise across a full spectrum of transactional matters, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and development. He has represented lenders, buyers, sellers, and developers in thousands of deals throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Prior to joining Standard, Dunn held leadership roles at several high-volume conveyancing firms, most recently serving at Flynn Law.
