Malden, MA — Combined Properties, Inc. announced the lease renewal of 26,476 square feet by SRS Distribution at 326 Commercial Street in Malden, Massachusetts.
SRS Distribution, a leading wholesale distributor of roofing products, continues to expand its presence in the Northeast and solidifies its long-term commitment to the Greater Boston industrial market.
SRS Distribution first joined Combined Properties’ tenant roster following its acquisition of a regional roofing company based in Medford, MA, also within Combined’s portfolio. The Malden location—originally leased shortly after the acquisition—has proven to be a strategic asset for SRS, supporting its rapid national growth and strong regional operations.
