SHIRLEY, MA– Senate Construction Corporation, celebrating its 28th anniversary this year, announced the company’s rebranding with a new logo and new color scheme, which better reflects its strategic focus on pre-engineered, three-plate steel construction.
“The four most important things to our clients are efficiency, affordability, reliability and quality. Over and over, we found ourselves recommending pre-engineered buildings as the best option for projects spanning all industries,” said Senate Construction Founder and CEO Bob France. “Our rebranding, logo, and focus reflect our new vision. We want to be the best pre-engineered general contractor in Massachusetts and for Senate Construction to be synonymous with quality pre-engineered construction.”
On the cusp of 30 years in business and sensing a market shift towards more streamlined construction that will incorporate pre-engineered systems, Senate Construction’s management team felt now was the time to both reinvigorate Senate brand and focus on specializing in products/systems that best serve its clients.
As a certified Butler Builder, Senate specializes in designing and constructing state-of-the-art, pre-engineered steel buildings. Completely customizable,
convenient, efficient, and cost-effective, Senate manages complex structural projects and simplifies them with both three-plate steel and conventional steel design.
In 2017 alone, Senate built two high profile projects using Butler’s industry-leading systems – the 615,600 square foot distribution center at 150 Blackstone River Road in Worcester and Integra Companies’ new corporate headquarters addition and renovation in Devens – with more currently under construction and in the pipeline.
“After 28 years in business, Senate is not resting on its laurels. With this fresh, contemporary rebranding and a unified, energized vision for the future of the company, Senate is well positioned for many more years of continued success,” said Mr. France.
