BOSTON— Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced that it has been appointed by Select Income REIT (SIR) and The RMR Group (RMR) as exclusive leasing agent for Nashoba Woods, located at 111 Powdermill Road in Maynard, MA.
Located on Route 62, Nashoba Woods comprises 287,000 sf of class A office space. For the past several years, the building served as the headquarters for Stratus Technologies. Prior to that, the building was the world headquarters for Digital Equipment Corporation.
Avison Young Principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook, along with Vice-President Bill Sullivan and Associate Virginia Kerrigan, all based in the firm’s Boston office, will lead the brokerage team.
