MALDEN, MA – Erland Construction has been selected by Roseland Residential – A Mack Cali Company to construct three, five-story, high-end apartment buildings and a five-level precast parking garage in Malden, MA.
Cantera, a sister complex of Chase and Chase II, is Erland’s fourth project at Overlook Ridge and their third working with Lessard Design.
Cantera’s location alongside Route 1 reinforces the ease and convenience of modern living. Less than six miles from Boston and just minutes from Revere Beach, the new complex will provide its residents with sophisticated and state-of-the-art features.
These new, multi-family buildings will feature studio-, one-, and two-bedroom luxury apartments with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Cantera will add another tier of luxury to the surrounding community with amenities ranging from a yoga and spin studio to a virtual golf simulator and gaming lounge.
Roseland Residential – A Mack Cali Company and Erland first partnered in 2005. Aside from developing Overlook Ridge Park, the two companies recently built 145 Front Street at City Square – a 336-unit mixed-used apartment complex – as part of the revitalization of downtown Worcester.
