Robert Tripodi Joins Integra Realty as Associate Director

PROVIDENCE, R.I.—Integra Realty Resources, an independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, announced that Robert Tripodi has joined as Associate Director of its Providence, R.I. office.

Tripodi brings more than 20 years of progressive industry experience in real estate valuation, finance, and asset management to his new role, having held executive positions with prestigious publicly traded, Boston-based companies including Prologis and State Street.

The Boston native will focus on serving current IRR clients, as well as growing the company’s market share across Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Prior to joining IRR, Tripodi served as President of Tripodi Realty, Inc. a successful commercial real estate company he founded nearly a decade ago that specializes in real estate valuations, sales, investing and consulting. Previously, Tripodi served as Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Division of Wellington Management, one of the world’s largest independent investment management firms based in Boston, where he was responsible for the financial analysis across the company’s one million square-foot global portfolio.

Prior positions include serving as Assistant Vice President and Controller of Real Estate for State Street, one of the world’s leading providers of financial services to institutional
investors based in Boston, Mass.; and serving as Asset and Finance Manager at Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate.

Tripodi earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from North Adams State College. He holds a Certified General Appraiser license, along with a Real Estate Broker license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is also a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute.
