BOSTON–Nick Boehm has joined Related Affordable as Vice President of Affordable Acquisitions.
Related Affordable is a nationally recognized innovator in the financing, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing, and owns and oversees one of the largest affordable housing portfolios in the nation.
Based in the Related Beal office in Boston, Boehm will play a crucial role in sourcing and project managing all aspects of the acquisition and development process of affordable housing properties in the New England area, from initial deal sourcing and underwriting through closing and stabilization.
Boehm brings a wealth of skills and experiences to the Related team. He most recently served as Director of Acquisitions at Redwood Housing Partners, where he led the company’s acquisition activities, successfully establishing meaningful relationships with affordable housing owner-operators and local housing authorities throughout the country.
Before joining Redwood Housing, Boehm held various positions at private investment firms that focused on investing in real estate and public securities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
