ANDOVER – Massachusetts based real estate law firm Touchstone Closing announced new partner, Mary L. Cataudella, to the firm’s growing team and services. Touchstone was recently named one of the Boston Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work.”
Mary L. Cataudella boasts more than 25 years of experience in private practice and also as in-house managing counsel for a national title insurance company. She recently served as COO for an insurance defense firm in Boston. Cataudella’s experience in real estate title disputes including boundary controversies, easements, access and beach rights, as well as residential and commercial landlord tenant matters, and general civil litigation, will truly enhance Touchstone’s service offerings. “Touchstone has been one to watch these last few years and I’m thrilled to join and add value to this fantastic group of talented attorneys,” said Mary Cataudella.
Cataudella earned her undergraduate degree from Holy Cross and completed her law degree at Northeastern University School of Law. She is a member of the MA, NH and RI bars and the Real Estate Bar Association. Cataudella has been a panelist and author for continuing legal education seminars on real estate matters.

Cataudella is a lifelong resident of The Andovers. She currently resides in Andover, MA with her husband and two college aged daughters.
